Welcome to Wellness
We use traditional and non-traditional tools like Advanced Saliva Diagnostics, Functional Medicine, and Blood Chemistry Analysis to decode exactly what’s going on in your body — from viruses and parasites to mold, heavy metals, allergens, and system-wide inflammation. We also specialize in gut health, MTHFR, Lyme Disease and co-infections, hypothyroidism, and all the sneaky little root causes that leave you feeling exhausted, inflamed, and stuck.
And we even take it a step further — we test to see which supplements and medications your body actually wants as well as dosing for what it actually needs. No more “hope this works.” No more wasted time, money, or energy. We work with your unique biology, so you get the clarity you’ve been craving and the results you deserve.
Let’s change the way you experience wellness — for good!

Our Process
1
Book Your Initial Consultation
Book a Consultation Appointment (paid) to share what’s going on and how we can help (60-Minutes). We'll review all of your concerns, all recent diagnostic tests, your goals, and create a suggested support plan.
2
Pick the Best Plan for Your Support
Based on the Consultation Appointment, decide if you need a Basic Package (one simple concern), an Advanced Package (multiple concerns), or a Complex Package (long-term support), and book your follow up appointments.
3
Start Your Customized Support Plan
At your first appointment, we’ll review your intake forms, more case history, all recent diagnostic tests, and create a personalized plan for you including suggested testing and licensed specialists to follow up with in-person.
4
During Your Support Plan Process
After your first appointment, we’ll have weekly follow-ups to review test results, traditional care, and efficacy. Some of your support appointments (depending on your package) will be used for in-house saliva testing appointments.
5
Your Final Plan Review and Overview
By the end of your plan, you should have a comprehensive view of your overall wellness, in-person support through licensed professionals, and a clear path moving forward with tested tools that support your wellness long-term.

Common Questions
Q: What types of Lab Tests do you typically order?
Every plan is customized specific to each client's unique symptoms and situation. Typical Lab Tests that we suggest, depending on your concerns, may include: Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential and Platelets, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Full Thyroid Panel (including TPO for Hashimoto's), Full Lipid Panel (for Cholesterol), Full Iron Panel (including Ferritin), Full Cardiology Panel (including Homocysteine), Full Diabetes Panel, Partial Urology/Nephrology Panel, Full Vitamin Panel, Full Mineral Panel, Full Hormone Panel, Partial STI Panel, and more.
The cost of these types of panels typically are in the range of $10 - $20 each, but some panels can go over $100 depending on how many individual tests the panel includes as well as which types of test they are and the lab itself. We always strive to work within each clients resources to prioritize the suggested tests for self-pay clients or assist clients with insurance coverage to have the tests done through their in-network provider.
Q: Do you order any Specialty Lab Tests?
Yes, depending on the specific symptoms and situation for each individual client, sometimes there are speciality tests suggested. However, they are more expensive than all of our other available testing, and therefore, not always recommended. Typical Specialty Lab Tests that we may suggest, depending on your concerns, may include: Tick-Borne Disease Antibody Panel, Lyme Disease Antibody Panel, Igenex Tick-Borne Disease Panels, DUTCH Complete Female Cycle Mapping, DUTCH Organic Acids Test (OATs), Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase (MTHFR) DNA Mutation Analysis, GI-MAP (including H. Pylori stool/breath tests), and more.
The cost of these types of panels typically are in the range of $200 - $300 each, but some panels can go over $500 depending on how many individual tests the panel includes as well as which types of test they are and the lab itself. We always strive to work within each clients resources to prioritize the suggested tests for self-pay clients or assist clients with insurance coverage to have the tests done through their in-network provider. However, the majority of these will not be covered by insurance regardless of who orders them (in-network or not).
